  • Appointments can be scheduled directly through my website via the Patient Portal.

  • At this time, I only offer virtual appointments.

  • At the initial consultation, I will gather information, discuss the desired goals for the session, provide education, and work collaboratively with the patient/family to create a plan tailored to their needs.

  • At a follow up session, I will collect information on any interim changes since the last visit, and follow up on progress toward goals or plans that we set together at the last session.

  • I work with patients from birth to college age.

  • Initial consultation (60 min): $200; Follow up visit (30 min): $150

  •  I accept payment by credit card.

  • My practice is private pay only, which means I do not accept insurance. However, I'm happy to provide a superbill (detailed receipt) that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

  • I require 24 hours notice for cancellations.

  • This is very dependent on each child, their specific needs, the needs of the family, and how quickly the child is making progress. We will work together to create a follow up plan that works well for you and your child.

  • I will involve any and all family members in my nutrition sessions to provide education, support, accountability and structure. Depending on the need, visits may take place with one or more caregivers along with the child; with the child alone; or with the caregiver(s) alone.

  • As an experienced dietitian of over 18 years in the field of pediatric nutrition, I should be able to help with any of your nutrition-related concerns. If it is something I am unable to help, I will work with you to refer you to a provider who can help.

  • I believe in a collaborative and supportive approach to nutrition counseling. I work hard to build rapport and trust with my patients and families. I provide extensive education in order to empower my patients and encourage internal motivation for change.
